PACT addresses data-sharing solutions with a Whole-Of-Society focus featuring public and private capital. Highlighting critical challenges facing Pacific Island Nations and regional priorities for resilient solutions to natural & manmade disasters and conflict.

The program defines challenges, solutions, and acquisition pipelines building resilience for natural and man-made disasters. It focuses on building partnerships to understand the requirements and opportunities for data-sharing solutions that increase interoperability across the region. An annual conference, offers customized engagements and itineraries and features developing requirements through its breakout sessions and platform. We engage government, industry, and private capital providers from the U.S., Japan, Australia, and Pacific Island nations.

PACT 2027 Conference

The Pacific International Center for High Technology Research (PICHTR) announces the forth Pacific Alliance for Collaboration and Technology (PACT) 2027 Conference And Design Sprint Workshop in Honolulu, Hawaii from March 3 to 5, 2027 at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii.

The PACT Conference is an annual event that promote ongoing engagement between the dual-use innovation ecosystem, traditional defense companies, and government/military end-users to accelerate the development and scaling of new technologies for national and regional security.

Following the success of PACT 2024, 2025 and 2026, the 2027 program defines challenges, solutions, and acquisition pipelines for innovative companies and entrepreneurs with a continued emphasis on data sharing and the increasing importance of public and private partnerships for greater resilience in the face of growing natural and man-made threats.
